Ray Laks Honda Service Center

The service department and sales have exceeded my expectations yet again. Jon, Jay from sales and the service department are always quick with addressing your concerns. I had a concern that they addressed very quickly and had me on my way very shortly after. Highly recommend buying a car from Ray Laks and taking your car there for service. You won’t regret it!

Avoid bringing your vehicle here at any cost!!! They charged me $801.00 + tax to replace the battery. They lied and said they would get to it that day. It's been a week. They said it would be $100 to look at it, then raised it to $200. they couldn't "figure out" how get the car in the garage, So they charged me two hundred dollars to tow it from the parking lot to the garage. would have been four days for them to order a battery for $411. I got one down the street for much less. It's like they've never replaced a battery before. Absolutely unbelievably ridiculous experience. Never bring your vehicle here. The old guy at the service desk was real Smug. He said they gotta charge a lot "to pay keep the doors open" basically admitting they're just ripping you off.

Their attitude is unpredictable, and their tactics are too deceptive; they'll rip you off without hesitation. Even though it was a warranty repair, they didn't provide it for free and even charged extra. The car wasn't even fixed properly, and the problem still exists. I'll never go to this repair shop again! 😱 I regret not reading the reviews before 😡

We have been doing business with RayLaks Honda for many years. We bought our first car 2011 Highlander, then 2018 Highlander, then 2022 Acura MDX, now the4th is a 2021 Lexus. Every person at Ray Laks are friendly, helpful, informative, and very nice. I wouldn’t go to another dealer. Bill W the manager, Jay S, Karen, Brandon , Stephen just to name a few. So contrary to some peoples’ comments I would definitely recommend Ray Laks My husband and I are completely happy and satisfied
