The communication throughout the entire repair process was thorough and professional. The final results of my actual repair were flawless. Regency returned my busted ride back to me, not only repaired, but also cleaner than when I dropped it off. There are a lot of small things that spoke volumes about the value this shop places on providing high quality service. I will recommend Regency any chance I get. 100/10 recommend. The Regency team did an excellent job with my 2016 Honda Accord. From the moment I met James, he was welcoming and eager to help. The team kept me updated throughout the entire process and was always attentive whenever I had questions or additional concerns. The repairs themselves were outstanding—my car looks brand new! Vehicle was repaired correctly and ahead of schedule. Folks at Regency were professional and friendly. GM spent more time reviewing the damage to my car and explaining the repair process than all the other repair facilities combined - his estimate was right on. Regency handled all the insurance paperwork and Enterprise Car Rental was next door. Overall very happy with repairs and process!

Highly recommend!!! The GM James was amazing and his team gave me exceptional service and were in communication with me throughout the process. My car was damaged and they had it completed and cleaned within a month.

I wanted to add that Regency did such a good job for me, that when my wife’s insurance wanted to send her to somewhere else I asked her to insist that they let her use Regency! She saw how well they repaired my car, so it was an easy decision for her. They are very good and also communicative so you’re never wondering "when will it be done."
