Rice Tire

Thanks for being top-of-the-line. I had a bolt in my drive tire on my work truck and needed service quickly. These guys got me in and started work within five minutes of my arrival. Tim was super helpful and friendly. In this business and friendly services, the name of the game. And these guys did outstanding.

This is the worst place I’ve ever been to get a tire change. It took four hours for a tire change because of racism. I was the only black person in the whole place was here before at least eight customers, and they took all the customers before me which it took me about 4 1/2 hours to get a tire change. I will never recommend this place to anybody. The two females at the front desk has the worst customer service ever

The tires mounted and balanced prefect. Front end alignment guy did a great job. The only reason I give it 4 stars because it took an extra long time the do the tires

I cannot recommend this business highly enough. Every person who interacted with us, in the phone and in person, was highly professional, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and excelled in customer service. They offered to assess the vehicle, identified the issue, and offered to resolve the issue immediately. They went out of their way to ensure we received excellent service, and a very positive experience from start to finish. They invited us to wait in a very comfortable waiting area, offering refreshments and even accommodating our two dogs so we wouldn't have to wait outside in the heat. Their prices are also very reasonable and they do not try to upcharge for unnecessary work. We really appreciate them and highly recommend them.

Very poor service. Stopped by and ask if they could mount my tires and do a Front in alignment to my specifications that I’ve used on several trucks . Was told yes they can mount my tires and do the front end. Drop Truck off Gotta call 30 minutes later saying they can’t do my tires cause I have black rims from factory and they would scratch them and didn’t want the Liability so I took it to another shop. They mounted the tires just fine. Then took it back. Dropped it off at rice for alignment to my specifications that I requested. then, when I picked it up, not only was the alignment not performed as requested numbers do not even match factory specs, and the technician left a rude smart comment on the paperwork very unprofessional will not do business with them again
