I had my vehicle towed to Richard’s Automotive Repair, and I am so grateful that I did. They ended up rebuilding most of my engine and still had me back on the road in just four days. I know work like that usually takes weeks, but they understood my situation and went above and beyond to help me get to Florida in time for my wife’s memorial. Beyond amazing customer service! I am 8 months pregnant and not from the Charleston area. My car broke down yesterday and they originally mentioned it would be a few days until they could get to it. Long story short, they squeezed my car in and got it fixed same day so I didn’t have to tow it or rent a car to get back home. Highly recommend these guys!! Super nice and professional and my car is running perfectly fine again.

These guys are honest, helpful and accommodating. I called on a Monday afternoon and they let me drop it off Tuesday morning. They finished the work quickly and charged me less than half of what the dealership wanted. In order to change a headlight on my car, you have to remove the bumper, which is a big pain, but they were willing to do it despite it being so difficult.

A week ago I took an old '94 Nissan D21 Hardbody in, with well over 300,000 miles on this thing and they quickly found and fixed the problems with it. Finding parts for a truck like this isn't always easy. They did it in a day's time and for now, it's running like a charm.
