I brought my 04 duramax to them for a fuel leak. I called 10 minutes before they closed, but Rob had no problem listening to my story about the truck and all my concerns. Rob also got me an appointment the very next day!!! Rob had my truck fully inspected and gave me the list and told me exactly what was a priority/safety concern and told me what could wait. Ultimately I declined service at this time due to the cost. I wasn’t sure the truck was worth the cost of repairs. Which he was very understanding… well, life happened and I left the truck sit for over a week, maybe two… when I finally came to get it, it wouldn’t start. He tried everything, no luck. I took my truck here to have new suspension installed and couldn’t be happier with the results, everything was done in a timely matter and kept me updated on everything. Woiod definetly come back afain

I took a relatively old vehicle to them for an inspection as it sat for a few years. They did a great job finding everything. I approved some suspension work that turned out to be a whole rack instead of just tie rods and ends. The increase in price was hard for me to afford but they worked with me to bring the price down so it worked for myself and them. My only complaint is that after the alignment my steering wheel is a little crooked. I haven't contacted them about it yet but I have no doubt they will take care of me, as they always have. Nothing but good things to say about Rich's.

They treated me like family! Everybody was really nice and helpful. I was a stranded motorist in a vehicle that wasn’t mine and they helped me get to where I need to be!! 5 out of 5 stars!!

Here is my experience here and in the order listed: 1. Had an idea of what was wrong with MY vehicle. 2. Called them and told them. They did a diag. They agreed. 3. Paid the cost and my car was running (~$375). 4. Car breaks down approx. a week later. 5. Spent ~$3 to fix it myself. 6. Asked for a refund, they said no.
