We got the express interior detail clean. they did amazing job every one was so kind and nice! Amazing customer service. Plus we didn’t even have to make a appointment . they made sure have our Cherokee jeep shiny and looking new again! plus we have 2 year old and i love the fact in the waiting area they have food and toys for kids to play with. So my son was distracted the whole time and I’m over all extremely happy with our vehicle.

Great service! I was thrilled to learn they offered hand car washes. Not only did they complete my car wash in a timely manner, they handled my vehicle with care and paid attention to details while washing it. The owner and associate even asked me if I was satisfied with their work before leaving. I liked my experience and will definitely be back. I recommend everyone give Riverchase Carwash a try!

Hate to leave a bad review, but maybe it will help improve service. I arrived and paid at 4:45, and was through the automated car wash and in line at the full service lane within 10 minutes, with one car in front of me. It was a full hour before my car made it up to the station to be cleaned. The length of time doesn’t bother me so much as the fact that the lanes were moving at very different speeds. This meant 6 people who arrived after me (one an hour after I did) still got their cars finished first. I understand that the lanes cannot move at the same speed, as not every car takes the same amount of time to clean, but it was very frustrating to watch so many people arrive and leave before my car was even started. They do great jobs on the exterior but the interior is where they lost my business. I took two cars in on different days to get them detailed. They BARELY cleaned the interior. Debris was still visible on the seats in the back, interior windshield was not cleaned. Cup holders and door pockets weren’t cleaned either. Save your money and go to another car wash. It’s a rip off here
