Rivers Edge Auto Spa

I pre-paid for 3 details, one full detail for my friend for her birthday and 2 inside details for 2 of my pickups. Long story short, I had to reschedule multiple times to accommodate HIS schedule, he kept my pickup for over 24 hours after rescheduling me so he could attend a golf event and NEVER EVEN TOUCHED IT or even let me know that he wasn't going to get it done and then he only did the inside of my friend's pickup instead of the Full Detail that was paid for. When I requested a refund, he got snooty and said it was my responsibility to make sure she got what she paid for when she picked it up and that his kid was sick which is why he didn't get to my pickup and he couldn't afford to refund my money. I took him to small claims court and won and currently have a judgement against him.

WOW! Nate did a fantastic job on my pickup!! I live on a ranch and have two cattle dogs. Needless to say, the inside and outside were a muddy disaster. . My 5 year old pickup looks brand new. I was amazed! I expected him to be a good detail guy. That’s his job. But Nate went above and beyond to help me out as I live an hour from Pierre. He knew I was wanting to sell my pickup and my job keeps me constantly busy. He offered to take it to dealerships to get an offer. I declined but he insisted. He even moved it off the street so I didn’t get a ticket after the snow. As I couldn’t get away to get my pickup. He always took the time to keep me informed. Refreshing to work with people that actually care. KEEP UP THE STELLAR SERVICE!!!

I had a shake spill between my driver's seat and the arm rest...all over the driver's seat, but mostly between the seat and arm rest. I scooped it out as best I could, but there was a lot of product left. Not wanting it to stink in the warmth, I stopped at a dealership that could not get it in for a spot clean for 10 days. I called around and found Nate with Rivers Edge Auto Spa. He could do it now! He did a FABULOUS job in no time. My vehicle does not smell like curdled milk and it looks (and smells) like new!!! I love my clean black seats, especially after Nate removed all the dog hair and kid mess!! Definitely will be done again. Highly recommend
