I went into the dealership on 12/26/2025 to research leasing a new GMC Sierra. Robert Basil himself along with the sales and management team asked me what my needs were and took great care of me. I ended up purchasing a vehicle and taking it home that day. I would highly recommend this dealership for your next vehicle purchase.
My search for a used Toyota or Honda product led me to Robert Basil Buick GMC Cadillac. My salesman, Pete Orfanos, was personable and eager to help me find a car that fell within my admittedly tight parameters for brand and price. When we found something I was interested in, Pete was patient with me while I inspected the vehicle thoroughly. He also went above and beyond to help me get a great trade in value on my existing vehicle. In the pre-delivery stage, he stayed in contact via call and text and we were able to get most of the documentation done electronically, which made things really easy when the day came to pick up the car. Overall a great experience. I would consider doing business with Pete and Robert Basil again when the time comes to purchase my next vehicle. In the meantime

Absolutely the best service we have ever received, Brian T, Cole, James, Matt were fantastic to work with, they went above and beyond for us, there service department is amazing, we drove 1 hour and 45 minutes to see the 2017 Chevy Tahoe, we ended up buying the Tahoe, for an upgrade for my husband, we will definitely be returning.
