In at 8:30 and out by 11 a.m. ..tire rotatation,oil change...inspection...brakes front and rear.. pretty good service time. Service writer Chelsea was knowledgeable and pleasant to discuss my service requirements.

The service folks are so friendly and down to earth! The Service Mechanic took my car in between the many other repairs, and they found what was wrong with my Buick Encore GX and had the parts and the car runs, performs like new again. Price was great as it had a warranty on it! I admire everyone working there. Thank you for putting your customers first! A little drama doesn't hurt. 🤣

Had a few service lights come on. Side collision sensor, engine reduced power. And one other service light on a 2023 buick enclave bought brand new. We'll they had no loner and scheduled me 5 weeks out for repairs and a loaner back in march.. To be honest, I am somewhat grateful. I found another Buick dealership they got me in the next day and gave me a loaner that day. I ended up buying another SUV for my wife. Keeping mine. I had forgotten about my appointment, seeing how it was made 5 weeks ago, and they are just texting me. I told them it's been fixed for over 4 weeks, and I also bought another SUV from the other dealership. Horrible service, outrageous wait times, and pricing is ridiculous. Wasted a month of my time when my engine failed and played games to get out of fulfilling repairs that should've been covered under the engine 4 life warranty that they sold my vehicle with. If you'd like your service center to try and drag you through thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs to avoid fixing warranty items id recommend buying here.

My family went to pick up a car they put a $200 deposit down on. And they sold the car on them. Would not recommend this dealership ever.
