Johnny charged my newly windowed mother $500 to fix her A/C. It stopped working the next day. When questioned, he admitted that he only added Freon. Anyone knows that if the Freon leaks out, it’s because there is a leak in the system. He didn’t diagnose anything or fix anything…. He just added about $30 of freon and scammed a widow out of $500. We ended up taking it to another local shop and getting it actually fixed for $250. I tried getting ahold of him, including contacting Lonestar Transmission, which allows him to work out of their shop. Lonestar was very helpful and tried to help, but I never heard anything. The owner of Lonestar even stated that they’d heard quite a few complaints about Johnny doing bad work lately. Johnny never responded or tried to make it right. Seems l

Had a brake caliper go out on my f-350 while towing. Luckily Rockwall brake and muffler was available to work on the truck same day and got everything repaired at fair price and in a timely manner. Support a local business and give Johnny and his sons the opportunity to help you should you run into auto trouble. Will definitely be my go to brake shop from here on out. Great group of guys.

I am Deaf and really not educated with cars / automobiles. I was traveling back to Tyler and I noticed my car was acting strange. I was very concerned I just wanted to get home. Johnny and his crew took time and patience to look over my car explaining various factors. I know they did not have to they could have just brushed me off. But this group really care about their customers satisfaction and well-being, true honest hardworking caring guys! They deserve 5 stars!!

Updated 07/11/2020: Dashed in this morning with my new starter in tow. Johnny told me it was gonna be all day wait-> an hour later I'm walking out the door with a $15/discount and new starter installed. Stay loyal to your local businesses and they will take care of you. Great services great price delivered as promised!

These guys are great. Old school business. Working till the job gets done. Great communication on how and why my original quote needed to be adjusted. My old truck that had been up north when I bought it had a lot of rust issues with the entire braking system. They fixed it right up. I’m a customer for life.
