Short story (filter not installed correctly, stalled vehicle in the interstate). Living near here I really wanted to like this place. I happily asked for the premium high mileage oil. While getting the oil change, I got the classic upsale offer on my air filter. The old filter was totally fine, but I agreed as I do like to take good care of my high mileage work vehicles. The tech struggled with the filter for about 5+ minutes. After failing the entire shop rallied to try. Eventually the manager came over to try and quickly latched it in. Unfortunately it was quick because it wasn't latched properly. The days after leaving the van began to struggle to idle. I planned to have a mechanic take a look. I could not rave about the excellent customer service more! Outstanding job! The staff was so patient & kind (even near closing time). I never felt pressured to buy additional products, although I definitely appreciated the education provided that way I could make informed decisions on which services were needed. Pricing was fair and the detailed message they send afterward is SO helpful! I actually called a friend in the area when I left and recommended to start using this location for the fleet vehicles within their business. If you are in need of an Oil Change this is your spot. It's drive through so you never have to get out your car. They go above an beyond with the service provided. They do a free inspection on your vehicle and if anything needs a top off they got you. One of the best parts is if you ever need a top off in between your oil change it's free. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend using them.

First time getting my oil changed here and will be coming back from now on. They were quick, efficient and thorough. They were even willing to accommodate me bringing in my own oil for a reduce price on the service. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and plan to keep coming back. They consistently get the job done right. I’ve only had to wait for service a handful of times, which is to be expected during peak hours. Overall, I definitely recommend them.
