Rockwash Car Wash

Great option for a self serve car wash! There were many steps during the actual car wash that I felt really made sure my car was clean. The vacuums also had great suction. I wish the drainage system was a little better in the stalls, but not too much of an issue.

Do not be deceived by these caddy replies from the owner. They genuinely do not care if you reach out to them for a resolution before leaving a bad review; they just want to defend themselves, unwarranted. The replies to others are largely dishonest. I had an issue where the machine did not calculate the amount of money I put in it. After putting in $4 and it only counting $1, I did not add anything else. I immediately emailed them and provided details. No bounce-back to the email. I even confirmed by their responses here that it matches the address I sent it to. Just no response at all. Nothing in my email. Nothing in Spam. They have had 2 weeks. Plain and simple, their carwash machine steals money and they gladly allow it.

I was over charged on my credit card by $10. The Owner has mentioned, when replying to some other reviews, that they have their business Email Address posted somewhere on their building ... Not anywhere is this posted on their property. So I've had to resort to this means of contacting the Owner. I want a refund of my $10. OverCharge ... Contact me via this post and provide your direct Email Address. Update - the Owner responded to my original post very promptly and explained what was happening … just a simple initial Authorization, which was gone by the next day … so, all is good and no foul. Although, if I may, I would suggest a credit card Authorization of just One Dollar, instead of $10…. so that other customers aren’t startled & shocked to see what appears to be a $10. Charge.

Was overcharged but the owners quickly responded to my email to refund my money. I always wash my car here and never had problems but this first time. I will keep coming back. Thanks again.

Horrible experience at this car wash. First, I waited forever for the tire cleaner to start working and I'm paying for this the whole time. I kid you not it took a good 2 minutes and then it was just spitting. So I had decided to move down to a different stall. That's when I noticed grease all over the wand. I was wondering what I was seeing black all over my car. There were big globs of grease all over the wand. So move down to another stall. Pay more money of course. It puts $10 on your card every time you tap it. So I wasted $10 at the first one, and then put another 10 at the second one and started in on my tires trying to get the stuff to work. Same thing.
