Safari Towing & Recovery

Got my new 4x4 stuck in the mud on the trails in Francis Marion and figured we'd never find a tow company willing to come out to the middle of nowhere and pull us out on a Sunday afternoon but Safari saved the day. Friendly, easygoing, quick arrival and very fair price given our situation and the special equipment and off-road trek necessary to pull my truck out. What could have been a pretty rough day turned into just a funny story thanks to Safari's amazing service. Thank you!!!

My daughter struck road debris on 526 this morning, which flattened her tire and potentially the rim. I live out of town, so I called Safari Towing. Tracy was amazing. She understood my great concern about my daughter stranded on 526, possibly the worst place ever to break down. Safari arrived in about 30 minutes and towed her safely to the repair shop. Tracy updated me when the driver arrived and when they reached the shop. Very professional and a fair price.

The absolute angel at the front desk was amazing! Due to me having issues with other towing companies I was skeptical but I couldn't have asked for a better outcome! Come to find out that my car was impounded by the police for no insurance. Not knowing what to do I called Safari who had my vehicle and the Supervisor Kelly was so kind and talked us through the process and went step by step with us to get insurance. I had to go to the dmv and get my sticker as well and she was helpful with that too. Not only did she help us step by step she was amazing with keeping me calm in the situation! Thank you Kelly and the Safari Team for your patience and kind mindset! Now my car is good and no more stress! Thank you Kelly!!

Very pleased with Safari towing experience! Service was polite and prompt to arrive to row our SUV to repair a tire. Had a special situation where a local tire company had misplaced my wheel lock socket and I had a flat, so I was going to have to go to the dealership to see if they could remove the lock bolt. Kevin (the Safari tow truck driver) reached out to the tire company to see if they had the wheel lock adapter, and called me to see if I would mind if he could stop there first to see if this would work. Or he would continue on to the car dealership. Thank goodness the tire company had the adapter that worked, saving me a lot of additional work. Great customer service experience from Safari - thanks Kevin!!!

0 🌟 I'm a widowed mom of 3 and begged for a payment plan & empathy for medical issues that left my car in a church parking lot I have been associated, attended and donated to for 15 years. I even confirmed with my family and law enforcement, my family was on the way to retrieve my vehicle. Unfortunately, not only myself, but also my family, was subjected to this "family-owed" business's foul language and lies. They then proceeded to insult me like I did something wrong for nearly a month before I could acquire the funds. "Cash only and your problems are not mine (phone click)," directly from the owner's mouth. $2,940 later & invoiced from a "family-owned" business, I tipped the barking, pearl-sweating and rosey-faced "front manager" an extra $60, said, "Bless your heart and have a good on
