Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Duncan and his Team run a first class shop. They took me in at my appointment time, finished quickly. Great customer experience.

I bought two tires from here and I had to wait about two weeks to install them. They included free rotations and balance. When I called to schedule an appointment to rotate they just put me on hold. They also didnt have appointments available until about a month after I called. When I did show up for my appointment I had to wait in line almost 20 minutes because they had one poor kid running the entire customer service area while other workers were just sitting down in the shop. After all of this, they didnt rotate my tires! They didn't tell me they didnt rotate them and only told me after I asked. They said since my older tires had less tread, they could not rotate them as it is Sam's Club policy. They could have told me that a month earlier before I waited all this time for my appointmen

Jim is always very informative and helpful. However, this team is a mess. They are slow, discombobulated, and don't call in a timely manner when orders arrive or work is complete. My trip was fine, but I could see the struggle for others. Side note: Jim will be gone in November.

Horrible customer service. I will NEVER go there again ! I had a blow out on the interstate. Went to them to buy four new tires. They refused to help me because the rim size didnt match what the truck originally had when it was new. Its a 1999 !!! Ofcourse theres going to be new items on it. I bought it with a different size rim. So i was 10+ hours away from home with my two dogs. And they were refusing to help me in anyway. I offered to take the tire off of my truck in the parking and bring it to them to change and the would put it in the truck my self. They then got extremely rude and said they would not help. To try to take my truck with a flat almost nonexistent tire somewhere else

I ordered a tire two weeks ago and paid for it and all and i can’t even get someone to answer the phone or give me a call about the status of my order. My spare is literally bald from having to drive on it for this long. Hoping this review will get someone’s attention so i can get some help. Will update if helped
