The staff is consistently friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Whether I’m getting a tire rotation, new battery, or just an air check, they’re quick to get the job done and the prices are hard to beat. One of the best parts of the experience is how easy they make the wait. I usually head into the Café for a quick bite—can’t go wrong with a hot dog and drink for about $1.50, or a slice of pizza and drink for $2.50 plus tax. Great value and surprisingly tasty! Alex just came in clutch! 💪😎 We were on the interstate and caught a nail in the tire, band break, visibly bulging, etc. Not good. So we got off and headed to the closest Sam's Club Tire Center. Alex had my family back on the road in 30 minutes! Thank you sir!

As a member I got my flat tire patched and put back on for free. They even put my spare back under the truck, which was highly appreciated. The desk associate was very friendly. I'll definitely be going back should I ever need to.

Got a shredded, flat tire 5 hours from home. Sam's club didn't have my tire size in stock, but the counter guy told me if I bought a tire from Walmart across the street he would put it on for me. Walmart had the right size but was unable to fit me in their schedule. Buy the tire, my mother sits with it in her lap because again 5 hours traveling home with two 9 week old puppies we were picking up from MS. Get back to Sam's and the supervisor at the counter outright refuses service. I would not have been upset in the least bit if I had been told no, they don't have my tire size and can't help in the beginning. I work in upper management myself and understand that policies are in place. But don't agree to do a service and then revoke it like that. I was in a really rough situation already an

Don't bother with an appointment, it means nothing. I had one for 3pm and showed 10 minutes early. There is a couple ahead of me in line who arrived just a minute or two before me. I watched them walk in as I was parking. They said they had a 3pm appointment. I hear the technician tell them he only has one 3pm appointment, it was for a make and model that he just saw pull up. That's my car and I'm hearing this while I'm in line. He told the couple he would get them in as soon as possible. I'm next I guess because after he took my keys they pulled in the other car first. That couple left almost 30 minutes before me, the one with the appointment. I guess it's 1st come, 1st served.
