Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Had tires installed, I would not recommend getting tires here. Install took more than the hour they said it would take it took about 2hrs with no one to notify me it was taking more time. After the install was done drove home noticed a vibration on left front, took pressure gauge to check tires all over filled one was at 46psi even tho they noted all tires at 36psi. Also noticed wheel weights not properly installed. Had to go back and have them redo all of it and wait about another hour now I have my wheel lock key missing and still have small vibration on LH rear. The employees are not well trained no one on hand to supervise work and some of their equipment is not up to standards.

Gerald, Victor, and Drake were phenomenal in assisting with my tire needs! I needed 4 brand new tires, I took their recommendation and got a great price with a great warranty! They’ve been helpful with tire rotations and car advice. 10/10 would recommend their services to anyone!

Great price for tire installation. The staff was friendly and they completely the installation in a timely manner. The tires have been on for a few months now and have not had any issues.

The repairmen were courteous, quick, friendly and professional. I had a new set of tires installed, I had a lug nut that was hard to remove. Initially, they referred me to a mechanic because they didn't want to break the stem but ultimately they figured out a way to safely remove it without damaging my wheel. Great customer service.

Got excellent service on last visit. Typically you'll want to make an appointment, but I needed a new battery and they were able to get me in and had the battery replaced in no time. Shopped while I waited and they checked my receipt at the back entrance so I didn't have to go around.
