Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Bought new tire (looks really old) from Sams Club Oakwood, can’t buy with Scan & Go app, not able to use option order online and pick up, after paying regular way, wait time 2 hours, called Buford Club, they said wait time zero, drove to Buford club to get install quickly, here is the look. No one says I got NEW TIRES. Terrible experience. I will review Sams Club Buford about their service.

Adrian the manager at Oakwood tire location assured me the replacement tire would be aired to 30lbs as recommended on the door sticker, the next morning I checked the pressure in the new tire cold and it had 37 lbs in it! They don’t care, they were busy working on the store managers car replacing his cars front grille! The place is a joke.

Should have bought from either of 2 local tire shops I use. bought the "life time" rotate and balance with my new tires at Sam's club. their tire department has been closed for 6 months now, with no idea when it will return. I could have supported a local business and also received good service instead of no service at all. I did this to save $75. I'll never renew my Sam's membership again. I wonder how I get my money back for the "lifetime rotate and balance" I paid for but never received? Find a good local Gainesville tire store and support them instead.

Auto Department geez! New staff? Service was good before. Walked in at 1p for tire rotation, was told 1:30 wait time. Came back, apparently they ran into some complication before my car, said my car is next but another 1:30. 4pm came back asked if my car is ready, I was told my car is being worked on, “almost done”. I took a peek through the glass on the door, didn’t see my car. I asked if they started, apparently not. Spent 3 hours of my day waiting. Time wasted, now I have to reschedule everything that i had for this day. Whatever was going on in there, this one day just changed my perception of the auto department for Sam’s club. I’m OK with being told of a long wait time. I’M NOT OK BEING MISLED. There were times before that the auto department would let me know if ever I walked in

The Oakwood Sam's tire center has knowledgeable staff that do not recommend tires that are not necessary. They took the time to explain my options and allowed me plenty of time to consider those options. I felt comfortable making the decision and recommend Sam's tire in Oakwood, Ga
