NOT a hand car wash! i came here because i thought it was a hand car wash as the name says. Once i seen my car going through i noticed that they were using bristle brushes on a stick! hand wash means sponge and rags, not a bristle brush that creates swirl marks in the paint. additionally the car was barely cleaned. there was still loose brake dust in the wheels, and some water spots on the roof. overall a very poor excuse for a “Hand wash”. should have read the reviews first.

We've been bringing our cars here for years. They usually do a good job. Today I brought my car in for the Silver Service and it looked great inside and out. They spent quite a bit of time on it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was due to the price, which seems a little high to me (but might not be higher than normal for this area). Please give the guys a nice tip... They work hard!

Jeanene is always an absolute pleasure! The folks do a great job on the car wash. Good things take time. I usually plan to spend about 25-30 minutes here for a platinum wash. I went ahead and became a member for unlimited car washes and I highly recommend!!

I do have a very large sprinter van. They charged me $300. It took one gentleman probably about 30 minutes the same it takes me to go to a self-serve and clean it myself. I’m a 60-year-old woman. I didn’t mind the time it was very short, and it was probably commensurate to me doing it myself at a self-serve for maybe $12. For $300 there might be two people working on it. or if there was only one person, maybe they should’ve just done better job. It was really not good.

I initially wasn’t completely satisfied with the job done on my car, but after speaking with the manager, the team went above and beyond to make things right. The level of customer service I received was outstanding. They listened to my concerns and made sure to address every issue. In the end, they did an incredible job on my car, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I truly appreciate the extra effort from the entire staff, and I’ll definitely be returning. A big thank you to everyone for turning the experience around!
