So I had previously left and not so great review but I am glad I was able to continue using them for my service. I had my car serviced yesterday before a trip and today the check engine light came on. Told me to bring it straight down to see if it was an easy fix Knowing I had a trip planned for this afternoon. We had heard great things about this dealership, and all of our expectations were exceeded. Lizz did an amazing job of meeting every issue we had. She let us take an extended test drive to see if the truck would work for our family. Every issue we came up with they figured out. They even had a basketball game set up in the showroom to keep the kids occupied while we filled out paperwork. Great experience overall. We look forward to our yearly box of cookies as well!

My experience with Liz and everybody at Sanderson Ford was fantastic. It's nice to go buy a car and not feel like I need a shower when I'm done. They were Class Act and real personable and no gimmicks or games.

Unless you’re willing to spend $60,000 on a truck that burns so much oil it might as well perform its own oil changes, take your business elsewhere. Despite paying an additional $8,000 for an extended warranty, they have flat-out refused to fix a known problem. I brought the truck in for an oil consumption test and checked the oil every single morning, watching the level steadily drop. When I returned to complete the test, the oil level was somehow “magically” back at full. During a spark plug change, their own records note excessive oil on one plug, and I provided clear videos showing blue smoke pouring out while driving down the highway. None of that mattered. They repeatedly pointed to a single photo they took showing the oil full and treated it as irrefutable proof, ignoring their ow
