My car was towed by select recovery, and when I looked at the reviews. I was nervous! But I called them for a week because I was told by my company that it was released. I don't know the name of the girl I spoke with every day but she was nice! The man that towed my car was nice also and explained everything. Looking at the reviews now , I don't understand how people have a bad experience with them? They did their jobs in my book so I can NEVER be mad at them they helped as much as they could. Pick up was also a pleasant experience too! Glad they had my car!

This company is SHADY! Needs to be investigated just like No Limit towing for illegal charges. First, the tow truck driver was friendly, patient and understanding. After he left with my car that’s when everything dealing with this company went downhill. First, when I called to find out the towing and storage fee, she told me one price but then upped it when she found out who my lender was. Then when we made an appt to recover my belongings, they said to bring a $75 money order for that. We got there, gave them the money order, ID and keys and expected to go get my things but nope. They said they would clean my car out and we weren’t allowed near the car. Why did I have to send the lady back to my car 3 times for stuff when each time she came back she claimed there was nothing else in the c

I have been sitting in front of the office for almost an hour. They claim they have appointments all day and can't give me my car until 3 days from now yet nobody has been here. I walked 3 miles in 95 degree weather.... The staff has not a kind bone in their body nor compassion. My father owned a tow company and never did I see a lack for compassion like here! I'm a single mother and have no way to get to work the next two days without my car! I did everything they asked in under 24 hours but they are going to hold my car hostage for 72 hours! I can only pray karma is real!

Came 30 mins early because ihad already saw bad reviews on wait time goes pass my appointment time . Starting from the front desk . We walk in the guy at the front desk does not greet or ask how we could be helped .He looks at you and just ignores . We knew what to do called the number . Waited took more than an hour for them to bring the vehicle. Only one helpful was the person that went to get my car think his name was danny Im pretty sure there quick on taking on the vehicle but not quick to give back . Whats the point of even having an appointment . Worst expierence ever . Not the first bad review wont be the last . 0 star rating
