Nick in the service department is friendly and helpful. He is knowledgeable and works hard to get things done in a quick way. He does a good job of keeping you updated. Ryan in the service department is unfriendly and seems annoyed when you ask questions or an update. Nick gets 5 stars. The shop gets the job done. Ask for Nick.

Not a pleasant experience, if you take your car for service here request an itemized estimate and double check the price of the parts listed against their own website, don’t be surprised when you find a 20-25% mark-up! Just scummy behavior and dishonest.

I wish I could give them more then 5 stars! Consistently Above the TOP service! We have been customers with this dealership for over 4 years and don’t regret it for a moment. We drive just over 4 hours to get ALL of our service done and they are the ONLY ones we trust with our car. I get my oil changed with them, and any service my Atlas might need! Matt, Nick it does not matter who we talk to they are always helpful, knowledgeable and go above and beyond! This dealership knows how to take care of their customers and I would refer 100% of my friends and family to use them! And I always do! If you’re looking for the best service and best customer relations, this is your only stop for your VW needs in the ENTIRE STATE OF MINNESOTA! We love them and we know you will as well!

The guys doing the work are great. No issues on anything they've done previously. The overall service experience?? Not great. Check engine light popped on over the weekend but in trying to make a time to get the car in, the receptionist is giving options into the following week with no urgency. This a car under warranty with a check engine light on! Also, no loaner? R&B Honda offers loaners for as long as we need them for a simple tire repair. Again, no urgency for a potentially dangerous situation. No customer care and no options given. You can do better IGVW.

I just bought a used car from them and discovered an issue within the week. They have stood by me all the way, courtesy car, repairs, etc. They have gone above and beyond every step of the way. Good people standing behind their product. I know nothing about VWs, but this place is amazing! Such a rare find today.
