Highly recommend! Alex and Drake did a spectacular job of taking care of me. I was traveling on the interstate when I got a flat tire. They took me in right before closing and got me all taken care of. They were so friendly, welcoming, and I felt confident in their expertise.

I used to go to Shadden all the time for my tires for over 10 years. I don't trust them now since they got bought out . I bought tires from them a few months back. (my first interaction since they got bought out) They were nice and such and getting them on was fine. When they put them on thought they said one wheel was spinning to freely. So they fixed it. Well today my mechanic looked at that wheel to see the brakes are destroyed in that wheel cause I had brake failure driving and almost wrecked. Will never let them touch my vehicles again.

Changing 4 tires took WAY too long (over two hours). I had even mentioned that I had to be somewhere within 2 hours, but was nearly 3 hours (and nearly $800 later) before they got me out of there. I noticed a lot of the crew seemed to be standing around while my vehicle sat in the bay with the tires off for a long time. Coffee pot was empty and no one went to refill it, several people came and went who had come in long after I did. Just didn't seem like they were concerned about my time. If it had only taken 2 hours as I was told, I would not have left an unsatisfactory review. Tires are good, but felt that time management was poor.

Was told they would do 'walk ins' for an oil change. After 3 hours! Yes, 3 hours for a simple oil change I will NOT be returning here.
