Shaw RV

My experience with Shaw RV and RV solutions staff was unlike any other experience I have been through before. First time buyer of a not so little teardrop trailer, Drove 19 hours 7 states finally to culminate to a 1.5hr walk through of an absolute gem. The professionalism, wealth of knowledge and patience Shane possess is unmatched. Paul’s inner and outer touches of the camper came out wonderful. And Jeff a huge thank you for being the asset I needed to make it all happen. I will always keep this adventure close to my heart because they sure did make this memorable.

First time buyer and it really was a pleasant experience! It was a pretty hot day but the staff were very patient with us wanting to see multiple units and discussing options. From sales to GM to Finance to the Service/Sales area, the wife and I never once felt pressured and the atmosphere was always friendly. When we took delivery THAT DAY (they were busy but stayed late), the guys in the service area were willing to explain the equipment and offer helpful solutions to questions I had. I would definitely give them a visit! I've also referred friends to them!

I can't say enough about Rick, Josh and the whole crew at Shaw RV. Even as I wore them out trying to decide which unit would best fit my needs, they remained polite and professional. It was a laid back and easygoing experience from start to finish. Thanks for your help and support. The Premiere looks great behind the Silverado!

We are SO impressed! We recently had our travel trailer repaired with Shaw RV. They were AMAZING from start to finish! The attention to detail, thorough communication, and QUALITY work were excellent! Wade was so helpful, punctual, and just went above and beyond to make our second home like new again! We had the roof replaced, the nose replaced, and a few other things! The work is truly excellent! The nose was not an easy fix but they not only did it quickly but took every care and got it JUST right!!! We are SO pleased! We love our home away from home and to have it back in like new condition is truly a huge blessing to our family! There will be many wonderful memories made in it! Thank you all for your character, integrity, excellent work, and vast knowledge! We are so so grateful!

Aaron and Jason were outstanding. They made the purchase process a breeze and we’re really informational and helpful. If you’re looking for a place to purchase an RV, look no further. Outstanding customer service, attentiveness and knowledgeable guys. I can’t say enough about them. 15/10. If I could give them more stars I would.
