Sheppard Auto Group

Just bought our 6th used car from Sheppard Auto Group. Their new location off of I-5 is huuuge! Great selection of cars and SUVs. Brendon Braff was amazing to work with. He was so patient as we test drove 3 cars. He was very knowledgeable and honest. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I had a good experience when I originally bought my car from Shepherd Auto Group, but ever since my vehicle was totaled, things have gone downhill fast. I’ve been trying for weeks to get the necessary paperwork from their financial department, and it has been nothing but a headache. I’ve called, emailed, and even texted multiple times, but I rarely get a response or any helpful information. My GAP insurance company has been waiting on documents from them for over a week, and the lack of communication is the only thing preventing me from being able to purchase another vehicle. It’s been incredibly frustrating and disappointing after what started as a positive experience. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to get a dealership’s financial department to simply follow thr

Rude and unhelpful staff. Always blocking up The charging stations with gasoline vehicles. I wouldn't buy a vehicle from this lot, with the way your service representatives snicker and joke about my first gen EV... I don't get that from any other car dealer who wants my money. I've had a negative review up on here for a couple of months and no response from the owner at all... Terrible customer service at this lot. 👎👎

We went in with an appointment and Adrian had the car parked, turned on and ready for us to test drive as soon as my wife and I walked in. No pressure whatsoever and we were in and out within 3 hours with our new car. Beyond pleased with the service we recieved and would highly recommend. Plus they have a really nice expresso coffee machine that made it all the worth! Thanks again

I love the staff at Sheppards motors! From management, to sales to the finance team they are awesome! They are super helpful, not pushy, and very knowledgeable about ALL the cars they sell! Like the Oregon clean energy rebate! A HUGE plus to going electric! I will continue to buy cars from them forever and You should too!
