My husband and I purchased a used vehicle here — our first time buying from a dealership — and it was a disaster from start to finish. The car had serious issues: worn brakes, visible scratches, and other signs of neglect. Despite this, the dealership refused to negotiate the price, claiming they don’t haggle. That alone should’ve been a red flag. Worse, they completely failed to explain the out-of-state buying process. We were told the license plate would be mailed to us — it took three months to arrive. During that time, our temporary tag expired, we couldn’t legally drive the car, and the battery died from sitting unused. They promised to reimburse us for the battery replacement, but the moment we received the plate, they ghosted us completely — no return calls, no follow-up, no paymen

It was a great buying experience. Andy and Bob, the two people that we dealt with, made everything pleasant and relaxed. They answered our questions and made us feel at ease throughout our visit. Taking a test drive could not have been any easier and we never felt pressured to make our decision. We would definitely go there again. Below is our "new" car sitting in our driveway.

Made an appt to look at a truck. They sold it out from under us hours before our appt and never called us to let us know. We had check in hand and we were ready to buy. Wasted our gas driving there. Salespeople are so disorganized. Bad look. Very upsetting. Do better!

Worst car dealership experience I’ve ever had will never buy a car from shults in the process of us buying a car our salesman Dan left us at his desk while he started selling a car to someone else and left us sitting there walked up to him to get help so we could finish the purchase and he ignored me. Ended up walking out and drove down the street and bought a car within an hour of driving off the lot

My wife and I loved our experience at Schults Certified! Bob and Tim were great to work with. Very down to earth and very nice. Bob was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that we wanted and we didn't feel pressured to buy it. We felt so comfortable with everything that we ended up buying a vehicle the same day, and we weren't even really thinking about buying anything at that time! They are truthful to what they say and they still care about you and your vehicle after you buy it, unlike other dealers where once you buy something they don't care anymore. We highly recommend Bob at Shults Certified and we look forward to buying from him again!!
