They are extremely fast and professional. I was broke down on the side of the road with two flat tires at 7 AM and they were there in 15 minutes. I felt safe and taken care of.

I own 3 vehicles and have had them towed at various times in the past couple of years, plus a lockout/dead battery for my daughter. SI Towing has been wonderful every time. Courteous, timely, professional, kind, you name it, and they're it, and more. My daughter locked herself out of her car at MHS after a band competition with the keys in the car and left the lights on, so dead battery, no keys, and no keyless entry, and it was after 10 o'clock at night. Bill came out, got her in her car, jumped it, and stayed with her until he was sure the battery was charged well, and then called me to let me know she was safe and on her way home. He treated my little girl like she was his own. I'm a customer for life and would recommend SI Towing and Recovery to anyone I know.

Would give 0 stars if google would let me. Extremely rude lady. Cuts you off, won't let you talk and calls you rude names. After calling my husband a rude male anatamony word,just for trying to speak while she kept interrupting, she then told me she assumes he abuses me. This is an absolutely wild unprofessional out of pocket thing to say to someone. There was zero need for this behavior had she just listened and used a little common sense there would have been no need for any discussion beyond "thanks for choosing uhaul/si towing"

Our car wouldn't start this morning. We called them and they were here within 30 minutes. It was fast, friendly service. I highly recommend them!
