Smitty's Towing & Service

First time ever having to get my car towed. I called Smitty's on Sunday afternoon hoping to get it towed on Monday or Tuesday. The guy on the phone was polite and easy to talk to. He got me set up for towing on Tuesday. Tow driver Jacob got it on the flatbed and to the shop no problems. He was also kind and polite. Great experience all around, and I feel like it was a fair price. Will use Smitty's again if needed.

Had a great experience! I had to have my car towed from my house to a shop. The tow truck driver, Jacob, showed up way faster than I anticipated and was very professional and friendly as was the man I spoke to on the phone. All around good experience, I would definitely call them again if I need their services!

Jacob arrived early to pick up my jeep that needed to be towed to discount tire. He was very friendly and professional, it’s our first time using Smittys and I was impressed overall. Highly recommend

I wish I could talk to you in person Smitty.. I have used your services many times years back to haul work trucks and occasionally a shed. Anyway I'm reading some of the reviews and see that most of the bad ones are in conection to PD contract calls. I understand there is a set of rules to follow and added cost that comes with that. For the guy that says he will use Complete instead I would tell him that they fallow the exact same policies when dealing with impoundments. It is frustrating I have been on that side of the counter myself. Prehaps though you could educate me on the policy when it comes to personal items left behind in vehicles after PD holds are lifted? In this case the young lady involved never had it in her name and can not track down the last person who legally owned it.

Dead battery inside the garage was resolved quickly. Not the first time using them. They responded to an accident I had years ago. Very caring with reasonable prices. You will not be disappointed!
