Smog Check Encinitas

Sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes for a simple smog only for me to have to ask what’s taking so long. They forgot to tell me the machine wasn’t working. Don’t waste your time here

Was helped pretty quickly in a friendly and welcoming manner. Was told there was a bit of a wait but they let me know I could leave my car there, and would get a call when it was ready. Got a call back that it was ready earlier than the estimated time, and passed my smog with no problems. It was uploaded into the system quickly, and I was able to renew my registration by the next morning!

Been here twice now for smog checks. Both times they took me even late in the afternoon as a walk-in and finished within less than an hour. Friendly, competent, fast service. What more could you want from a smog check?

Star-certified smog check cost ~$50 These guys were super nice and fast when getting my 2001 Subaru Forester smogged. I called them at 3:30pm and they were able to squeeze me in between appointments by 4:20. They also handle car repairs and I'll be going here if I ever have an issue. 💪🛠️

I brought my moms car here for a smog check and the entire staff was so helpful! Her battery needed to be charged before I brought it in and when I got there they informed me I needed to drive it a while before it would pass. After I drove it, I brought it in and they checked to see if it was ready for the smog test and it was! I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car in to this honest and helpful business
