Soapy Car Wash

I’m not one to leave reviews but wanted to share my honest opinion. The 2 stars are for currently. I’ve been a member for about a year and loved it at first. Unfortunately the roller dryers have been down for at least a month, many of the vacuums have little to no suction anymore and the compressed air doesn’t always work. It’s also frustrating driving there and finding out it’s closed for maintenance. I understand that happens but there should be an app to notify customers or a mass text to let us know. I have tried to cancel online the past few weeks and the online portal has been down. I also emailed to ask for a partial refund for the dryers being down (I pay for that package to have those) and never heard back. If they can get back to where they were when they first opened it would be

I Started my membership about a month ago I go to the soapy car wash 2-3 times a week I really liked how the wash was cleaning my car in the beginning I like the complimentary air hose and vacuum at the end however the last 3 visits I started to noticed scratches in my paint and window glass. I hop out and vacuum and use the air gun to air dry my car every time. When I left the wash today I noticed a big scratch on my drivers rear window upon exiting the wash I spoke with the staff member in the office about canceling my membership and I showed him the damage. He communicated to me that “nothing in the wash would cause a scratch like that” it’s kinda funny how both my drivers side front and drivers rear have similar scratches. I wouldn’t recommend getting washed here.

Best car wash ever, car always comes out clean and the workers are always so helpful. Reasonable prices ,great quality. #1 carwash , I'll definitely be back .

Constantly shuttering their entrance during open hours, never respond to any billing issues including cancelling. They will continue to charge you after you give notice of cancelling. Highly recommend not signing up for this headache of a membership. If you have had similar issue, you can call your bank and issue chargebacks for the lack of communication from this business.

I’ve been coming to this facility often and it’s gradually going downhill with the quality of the wash and the vacuums. I always give multiple chances and the benefit of the doubt. No matter what vehicle I’m driving and going thru the wash it is not throughly cleaning. Leaving many areas of the body untouched still dirty. The last time I went thru the blower of the dryer wasn’t working like it should leaving water still all over the vehicle. Also some of the vacuums are so weak they don’t have suction to pick anything up. I wouldn’t recommend on using this particular location. For the price of the car wash you can find a much better car wash Don’t waste your money coming here
