I am extremely disappointed with the service I received here. I paid for a repair that was supposedly completed, only to discover the issue wasn’t fixed at all. I had to take my vehicle to another Volvo dealer after taking several flights to pick up the vehicle from South Texas Truck . The service advisor assured me that the truck was diagnosed and repaired only for me to break down on a 1600 mile trip back home. This is not only frustrating but also feels dishonest. I trusted this shop to handle the job professionally, yet their incompetence cost me both time and money.

BEWARE : we did beginning with good start and we end up with VOLVO headquarter and district managers involvement . On June 19/2023 we did drop one of our truck 2021 Volvo for possible main seal or timing plate oil leek ....this diagnostic was give to us from the previous Volvo dealership , but we decade to bring it to South TX because our driver is latterly living 2 miles from this location , so will be perfect for him as well to spend 1 week or more at home , PLZ take note : before to drop the truck to South TX we did call and we did ask them , for parts availability and how buzzy the shop is , because we know already this job is require at least 40-50 hours . The dealership did diagnostic on 6/26 and they confirm ...will need Timing Plate , on 6/27 they said the PART on ORDER and w

The young cashier whom processes invoices was highly rude to myself and the credit card representative over the phone. ​ This person also lacks professionalism. The parts salesman was professional and courteous but expected far better customer service from the cashier than the "bothered and annoyed" service she was providing. May she learn or train up on customer service skills.

Had to deliver some truck parts for this business. Great people. A little bit tight for 53 semi but everything went nice.

Manuel parts guy is the best always helpful and attentive!
