Southport Auto Wash

Great touch free carwash near Southport. The operator was so friendly. The wash stopped almost at the end. I immediately pulled around and decided to call . The gentleman had me pull around and gave me a code to finish my wash. He was so apologetic and had said someone is on the way. Use it when you're in the area!

This car wash has gone down hill over the years. It does not appear to be taken care of: the wooden slats for the window are rotting and falling apart and the actual machine that dispenses the soap, wax, and Rainx is extremely dirty. Had I realized beforehand how unkempt the car wash was, I would’ve taken my business elsewhere. I paid for the $14 most expensive wash because it had triple soak and I wanted my car squeaky clean but it is still dirty. You cannot even tell it has been through the car wash. I am high dissatisfied with my experience.

Expensive and Horrible. Three biggest complaints are - 1. It left soap dripping off the machine onto the cars while on rinsing cycle, it wasn't just my car either. 2. There is no way out of here once you pull in from the street, so you have to wait until everyone in front of you goes in and washes to be able to drive out. 3. It is SUPER expensive even for the lowest "mode". Edit to add - I can get a basic touchless car wash in my area that actually cleans my car (the whole way), doesn't leave soap drips AND a blow dry for 5$. So, yes, your service is SUPER expensive to me. I don't want my money back. I'm just stating facts. I tried to back up after watching the other cars get poorly "washed", but could not. So, I opted for the cheapest one just to get it done since I had to wait 17 minut

I had an issue with my car wash so I did what I would hope any customer of mine would do (I also own a small business) and I reached out to the company directly. They were polite, responsive and refunded my purchase price. Things happen but any business that handles a customer’s concerns that promptly and professionally is a business I will continue to frequent.

My rims are always filthy and can be a pain to clean. Somehow they leave here almost spotless. Glad to see they’re brushless as well. Your car will come out looking amazing every time.
