Specialty Glass

Unprofessional! Took 14 days for the molding to get in for my Dad's truck. I had to call them, they didn't call us. Then we had to call them to see when the truck was ready. Never Never Again, next time We will go to Norwoods. I felt like I was in 1955.

3 tries to use this company! Disappointed all 3 times! Shower glass did not fit openings! Truck back glass 32x22 in plexiglass and not tinted as told was over 400 and back tractor glass tinted cost over 300!!!! Be sure you know cost before you use them!

Common courtesy goes a long way. When I walked into the business 8 days ago to order a windshield for my vehicle, I spoke and no one spoke back. At least 3 people were behind the counter, they all just looked. I told them what I wanted,got an estimate and we agreed I would return on the 28th at 8am. After leaving my number to be called if anything changed. I got up on the 28th, proceeded to specialty glass for my 8am appointment. Get there speak (again no one speaks),to be told my windshield wasn't in. What happened to a simple phone call to say my order had not arrived? My time and money might not mean much to them, but a little common customer courtesy goes a long way. Quality of work is yet to be seen.

Prepaid for side window and tint on the Friday before Labor Day. Was told to drop it off on Monday and was assured someone would be there regardless of it being a holiday. They were a no show on Monday so I dropped it off on Tuesday. They ordered the wrong window so it had to be reordered for Wednesday. They Called me Wednesday at 5:15 to let me know It was ready. I asked if I could come inspect before leaving with it and was told no we are leaving now and your keys would be left in a mailbox behind the Rc machine. I go to pickup my vehicle and the window has not been tinted. So here we are Thursday and I’m still waiting for my vehicle. This place is a joke.

Worst customer service ever. Bad business people. They have been giving me the run around for three weeks about a shower door that they were supposed to order and today still have not ordered it. I do not recommend this company they get mad at you for not allowing them to make you seem stupid. They also tried to over charge me $400!! Specialty Glass in Cleveland Ms are not for certain people.
