My coworker recommended Spicer Automotive as I needed to get a fog light repaired and get two new tires. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and did amazing work while being honest on what I actually needed to have done and also gave helpful tips when to get tire rotations. They went above and beyond to help me even being my first time coming. This is one of the first time I've ever felt actually heard at a mechanic shop on my concerns with my truck (being a female and all). I am beyond appreciative for them and know I will never be going to anyone else again and will be recommending yall to everyone I know. Thank you for fitting me in and being there to help, you really saved the day and have release a mountain for of stress off of me.

Truly one of the finest mechanics I've come across! Diagnosed exactly what needed to be done and didn't sugar coat it. Great service and follow through. I highly recommend these folks and would come to them again and again.

Took my car in to get a belt fixed, they installed the belt and 2 days later it broke and they refused go even take a look at it. Extremely pushy and unprofessional about everything else trying to sell stuff I don't even need. Called and talked to the owner and he is extremely rude and unprofessional. Definitely do not take your car here if you want someone to fix something the first time.

This shop has been helping me with oil changes, general maintenance and refers me out when something is out of their expertise for over 10 years now. I absolutely love this shop and sometimes travel from where I live now (VA beach) they are worth it! Fast and efficient! Thank you Trev for always being the GOAT.

Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. They put a motor in my mom’s car. It hardly ran and stalled out futhermore had a check engine light. I had to get it towed back up there. The man that answers the phone claim it’s crank sensor. So my mom paid for it. We get the car back home it’s doing the exact same thing. you would think they would verify they fixed the problem but nooooooo not this place. We had to take it back up there a third time just for him to tell me now it’s the computer! Computer was working just fine before you touched it. At this point he misdiagnosed the issue and he still wanted us to pay up. Wouldn’t own up or take responsibility for the misdiagnosis. Didn’t offer to give us the money back for the crank sensor.
