Wonderful experience great customer service by both KHARI as well as HAYLE at the Cicero splash car wash. They were both very kind, professional helpful, and absolutely amazing. I’ve never had such wonderful experience as I did at the Cicero car wash today I usually go to the one in Liverpool, but I can say that I’m gonna have to travel to Cicero from now on because I cannot think about them enough for their wonderful experience helpfulness as well as helping me scrape my old registration sticker off with the new one on and they actually put my car wash sticker on my windshield for me because no one ever get that when I initially signed up at Liverpool. I would love to leave a 5 star review and will be more than happy to change tot a 5 start review if these 2 concerns I have get resolved. I switched from GO Car wash to Splash because of its easier to get to locations, and they have way more locations than GO. However the people at GO do a lot better and working on getting the ice or snow off your car. At splash they have usually around 3 employees and sometimes there are 2 people at the kiosks when you pull up. I don’t think its necessary for staff to be there because how are we suppose to learn how to use the kiosk if we aren’t allowed to. I want to be able to pull up choose any extras if I want and the the time to look at them and decide instead of being bombarded by staff wanting you to. make a decision as quickly as possible. The
Good price and staff. However, I went through the wash once and it left deep, visible scratches on both sides of my car that will result in hundreds to repair. Update: contacted them several days ago and they never responded.
