Splash Car Wash Express

I had a great experience here, as always. When I went to wipe down my car, I couldn’t find any wipes at first, but an employee let me know they keep them inside so they don’t freeze and grabbed some for me. On top of that, my tire pressure was low. I tried to fill it myself, but I couldn’t figure out the machine. An amazing employee named Josiah stepped in and helped, filling all three tires for me. I’m really grateful. I’ve been coming here since they opened, at least five times, and the service is consistently excellent.

I always have a good experience at the Milford Splash. I go multiple times a week since winter has come. The staff is friendly, professional, and always helpful. The free vacuums are really good. I have found the wipes can be dry and thin though. Not a deal breaker for me. The price for a membership is competitive and to me worth it. Depending on the time of day, because of the location, it can be busy but worth the wait.

I visited this place today because it had good Google reviews, but I was extremely disappointed and feel the need to warn others. After the wash, my car had multiple scratches, and the entire rear of the car was not cleaned at all. When I pointed this out to the manager, his response was unbelievable. He said my car was “too dirty to be cleaned,” and if I wanted it properly wiped, I would need to rent a towel for $3. He also insisted that their machines never cause scratches, which I find very hard to believe. The whole point of visiting a car wash is to get your car cleaned easily and properly. If this place cannot clean a dirty car, then they shouldn’t be in business at all. What upset me the most was the manager’s attitude—dismissive and unprofessional. I paid $20 for an “only exteri

I used to love this car wash, but the push for memberships has become excessive and annoying to the point that I have started avoiding an otherwise great car wash. If there’s any amount of line, it goes so slowly because the attendant helping you spends so much time with each person trying to sell the membership, even after you tell them no, they continue to try to convince you. I’ve had a membership before, and trying to cancel it was such a hassle that I was never interested in doing one again. Perhaps some sort of online portal/app where you could easily manage your membership, and then I’d consider it. Otherwise, an overall frustrating and negative experience at this car wash with the excessive membership push and slow line.

Beware! I went here for a carwash and an employee said he could do the wheels for extra. He also told me about a monthly membership but I told him I was NOT interested. I haven’t been back there for months and just found out they have been charging my credit card every month! I would never, ever go to this business. There are plenty of non-ripoff car washes around.
