Had my Audi for 2 weeks due to it losing fuel pressure and stalling randomly. They charged a diagnostic fee with no live data results to give me. It was a fuel pressure sensor that was 55$ and 30 seconds to replace. Then had my Mercedes towed to their shop for a driveshaft replacement which they said was the wrong driveshaft. I had to have it towed there and back to my house and got it on stands and had it replaced in 20 minutes with the exhaust put back on. The owners wife was very rude telling me to get out of the garage after the owner told me to come in and look at the car on the lift. They’re not where you want to take your car!! The mechanic has too much pride that he can’t put to the side!

These guys are the best. Especially with European cars. Pricing is accurate and fair. Always look forward to getting things done properly with them.

I thought Rick was a wonderful man when I met him. He sure fooled me. I brought my truck to Rick because he has 3 of the same vehicle. He kept my truck almost a month for a high idling problem. He never once called me to update me. I had to call him every week just to hear he hasn't touched it. When it was finally all said & done, I paid $600 for parts I didn't want replaced. Rick took it up on himself to do work on my truck that I did not authorize. I even got the truck back with the same idling problem! Was assured it'd be fixed if I came back the next day. So I did, a month later I still have that high idling problem which is putting stress on my motor & eating my gas. I got half a mind to take this man to civil claims court. Be warned. I am usually not one to do this but I think others need to know. I was basically scammed. Made them aware of what issues I was having. Was told it was only some hoses and they were replaced so I was sent on my way. After picking it up it immediately started doing the same thing. At this point I did not trust them to look at it again. So I took my car to the Audi dealership. I was shocked at what was found. I was assured that there were no hoses replaced and everything was the original parts. Due to the repairs not being done at that time along with other stuff that should have been found, it has now caused more damage to my car.
