Folks - if you’re in the market for anything Chrysler Dodge, Jeep, or Ram, this is the only place to go, inside of the continental US. The team hero was able to handle all of my paperwork over the phone, accommodate my ridiculously hectic schedule, pick me up at the airport in Austin, a show for me to the dealership, and essentially arrive with a sign and drive scenario. Preston in Sales is top-notch, Doug, the go to get it done Guy, is worth taking the time to find. This man is the definition of a walking historian. The finance team is unbeatable. I felt like I had the best experience buying my new Jeep Wrangler with Preston Flaniken as my salesperson! I came in with my family to just look around and get an idea of what was out there to buy in the near future, and ended up with exactly what I wanted! Preston listened to what I wanted and answered all of my questions, as well as my family’s questions. He made us feel comfortable and I didn’t feel like I was being rushed into a big decision, which is how we were made to feel in other places. He also helped me navigate through the Jeep app, helped me set up CarPlay since I was unfamiliar with it, and explained everything with great detail - I feel like I won’t even have to look through the quick guide or manual!
