Steve's

Went to them on recommendation and it was one of the worst experiences. Had a head gasket replaced and it took them three weeks and when they finished the repair they called at the end of the day on a Friday so I paid and by the time I got to the end of the street the vehicle was starting to run bad. I made it home and the the dash light was indicating throttle body so I removed throttle body and these pictures are what I found. As you can see a shop towel piece had been stuck in throttle flap making it unable to perform. This is my daughter in laws car and if she had picked it up who knows what could've happened. They said they test drove it and there is no way the car would've made it for a test drive.

Took my truck in to get shaft put on. Great! Fixed! Driving and noticed my Cold&Hot gauge stays on Cold. My truck was warming up fine before the shop. Pissed because that’s more money to take it back for something that’s wasn’t broke before.. Little irritated!

Love SAS. They’ve been my go to since I moved to this area a few years back. They’re fast & transparent. I would (and do) confidently recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable & transparent mechanic.

Steve’s’s Auto Service ownership and entire staff are excellent. Honest, thorough, and very knowledgeable. For anyone in need of great automotive services I highly recommend Steve’s Auto Service Russell Street.

Avoid this shop! Just a bunch of scammers and cheats! Took my car in for an occasional missfire. Needed a tune-up and oil leaking pay over 2k. Got my car back after a week. Not even a day later my car lost all oil! Had to get it towed back to the shop. They fix said problem. Then tell me the found coolant leaking and want another 400 for that! After they had the car a week before? And said it was good to go!? In short my car is worse off now than it was before I took in to them! Sad part is they used to be a good shop that I highly recommended to everyone! Well now I tell everyone to absolutely avoid them!
