Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Service On August 10th, I had an appointment at Mazda Service to fix my rear tire. I had a pin in the tire and needed to add air every 2-3 days, so I scheduled a service visit to address the issue. I handed over my keys and waited in the lounge area. After about 25 minutes, I received a video from the mechanic explaining the problem: the tire had a pin causing the issue. He explained that he would patch the tire and have it ready soon. While I was watching the video, a representative from the front desk approached me and said the tire had a needle puncture in a spot they claimed was “unrepairable.” He insisted I needed to replace the entire tire for $365. I'm from out of town working here. Had some key fob issues, and Jennifer and Matt hooked it up!! Call at lunch, and she was able to slide me in that day. Got the key fob issue token care of in about 5 minutes. Great customer service 👏

Took a minute to get a part, but do to the renovations could of cause the delay. Normally they usually have the Mazda parts in stock, so always check first.
