Sunshine Carwash

I paid for the most expensive wash, but the rotating washer things were stuck in place for TEN minutes. I tried pulling forward, but the light kept saying to go back. I eventually had to reverse all the way out because the wash was just stuck! When I left it was still stuck, just washing an imaginary car lol.

The Sunshine car wash on Playground road is TERRIBLE. Multiple times I have selected & been charged for a specific wash but it gives the next one down. Once I got stuck in the wash because the brushes were going nearly 5 minutes in the same spot. I had to back out & the emergency stop kicked in. Then today it did the first step & that is all. Everything stopped dead. I waited & nothing. I yelled to the person in the car behind me to warn her but it was too late she had already paid. Sure enough when she pulled forward it did nothing. The way I see it Sunshine owes me close to $50 at this point. Whoever is responsible for testing & maintenance needs to be fired.

This car wash leaves a blue residue on your car. But when I went through today it did the undercarriage wash like it should. I stopped like I was suppose to. Then it proceeded with adding the soap on my car and it then began the wash. Halfway through the wash it stopped spraying water and the rotators on both sides just kept spinning and I sat for like 5-7 min in the wash before I just pulled out and left. There's no way I was off track if the wash even began to work normally before acting up. And EVERYONE is saying the same thing.

I've gone to this automated washing machine a few times over the past year. I've never had a problem with the machine. You do have to make sure you are lined up evenly between the two sides. But I will continue to go there when my car needs cleaning.

Without a doubt the worst automatic car way I’ve ever used. None of the lights work to tell you where to stop, there was ZERO SOAP. Don’t waste your time or money.
