We were in town visiting family and our breaks started acting up. Called a few different dealerships trying to see who had an opening and they were about the only place where a person was on the other end of the line. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy and once there they took the car right back. There is a diagnostic fee, but they were upfront about that when I had the car in (fee was taken off when they did the repair work) and their's was the cheapest one around. The issue was pretty straightforward, warped rotors and glazed brake pads. Brought me back to show me everything and lay out a few different options.
