Take 5 Oil Change

I got a oil change asked for mobile one 0w20, they emptied my oil before telling me this. Now they have to use their brand as it's all they've got, and my oil is empty. All fluids, and air was to be checked. They looked at my wheels, never put a gage to them. My truck now has indicators that says low pressure after 2, yes 2 days! They didn't check my transmission fluid. Didn't top off washer fluid.and the Tech who held my oil lipstick pointed to the sky showing me a false reading...seriously dude?!! 1st time I went I was told my next oil change was 50% off..where was that? When it was over $100 for oil I didn't approve but was forced to take, as my mobile one was out of stock. Tell someone before you drain the oil, allowing you to scam customers into whatever you have. I would have waited

Pretty quick and easy experience. Luis was great and explained everything. The $120.00 price tag for an oil change sounds high, but I was in there for like 5 minutes, didn't have to get out of the car and got to hear some chantings and countdowns (lol). It was like being in a Nascar pit stop. Would recommend.

Took my car here for an oil change started driving it for a week and my car was throwing low oil pressure alarms I figured it was the cold weather until I took a look and my car was leaking oil everywhere out of the filter. So I took it apart and found that my gasket was ripped and my filter did not even look replaced seems like the use the same parts and just changed the oil. I called and they couldn’t give me a refund and they said they didn’t have the parts for replacement which tells me they didn’t have it in the first place so they just used my old oil filter parts. Highly recommend taking yourself else where.Employees seems to work hard but aren’t worried about the car just getting the job done

I really feel like I received exceptional service yesterday. The team that worked on my vehicle were very attentive and informative and knew what my car needed. The gentleman who recommended that I change my coolant after he looked at it really knew what he was talking about. At one point, I thought he was trying to sell me something or up charge me, but he made it clear that it was up to me and I’m glad I made a decision to listen to his expertise. So I needed an oil change should be simple right? Apparently not at Pep Boys! My husband called on Wednesday to make an appointment with Pep Boys. Understandably they were closed because of the holiday, so he was directed their call center. He spent 20 minutes on the phone to get this appointment scheduled. Fast forward to today, I go up there to get the oil changed. I had a 9:00 appointment, at 9:02. I'm talking to the lady at the desk. She then asks me can I drop it off? I told her unfortunately no, we are leaving out of town in the morning and I really need to get this vehicle packed today, so I would wait for it.
