The parts department staff was friendly and helpful. I just wish the service department would complete the work faster and at a lower cost.

I must say out of a ll the shops we've been to, this 1 has been the best. Greg the shop manager was very professional and extremely considerate of a truck driver's needs. The mechanic RJ that worked on our truck was very informative of what was going on and needed to be done to truck, as well as Greg. They were more thorough than the previous shops we have taken this truck to for the same problem. Other shops didn't fix it, just cleared codes, kept truck for days and sent us on our way. This shop actually took the time to investigate and fix the issues and hopefully its fixed now. It's definitely not from their lack of effort if it isn't. Thanks Tec equipment for your professionalism and attention to detail. We appreciate you getting us rolling again.

Don't buy new Volvo trucks. They don't have parts. peace of shit service. Truck there more than 10 days.
