Where to START! Me and my family are on a road trip, and got stuck in Jerome due to our oil pressure sensor failing. We started at Fast Lane Automotive who quoted us $200, then when they saw my vehicle they tried to quote me $500. Then they claimed they couldn’t do it at this time. We called Terry. He was in the middle of a job, and told us if we get the part to call him back, we indeed got the part and headed over to his shop. I have a 4 month old.. he invited me in, cleared a spot, and had us hanging out while him and my fiancée worked on our vehicle! Terry then told us to not worry about it paying him, and to pay it forward. Terry blessed me and my family in a way that we will never forget. He was kind, professional, and very quick! I had an issue with my minivan and called Terry as he was the closest repair shop. I don’t live in Jerome so needed to be seen fairly quickly. He agreed to look at the van immediately and did not charge me when it was about a 15 minute fix. He told me to “pay it forward” to someone else. He was professional and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

Im not sure what i did to my car but Terry was there to help me out! I hit a bump, called him up and he took care of me so quickly, professionally, and without judgment over my inability to avoid dangerous curbs! He was in the middle of moving shops and still got me in and taken care of. He was honest about the work and fare with pricing. His shop was also very clean and fun to look at! Terry(or his great employee) made my day soooo much easier and im so grateful. Even the outside of the shop looked clean and professional. Unlike many shops ive seen, the cars in Terrys bay looks like they could actually drive away, so seeing the shop made me feel like i was in good hands! He fixed my issue, helped me with a few other things and then set me back out to the road!
