Tesla Service Milford

These guys are crooks, DO NOT TAKE YOUR TESLA HERE! They scheduled to come to my house for something on my 2024 MSLR, they never showed up and never called me. When I called them they put me on hold for 45 minutes so I hung up and called back and the person that answered did not know their own product at all. I just gave up and cancelled the service and requested and eventually got a full refund on the upgrade. Then in June 2025 I damaged my rim and tire on a 2025 MSP by hitting a hidden pothole. I scheduled an appointment which took a month and was driving around just fine with it in the state it was in (little JB weld). When I took it in they didn't look at the tire and replaced the rim despite me saying I wanted their advice and not a rim replacement. When I asked them about the tire

I haven't had any luck with this service center after multiple attempts. They are always fully booked and never answer their phones. I sat on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone due to an emergency with a dead battery. I called the Providence service center and spoke with someone immediately. Really wish they'd open another center in Hartford.

Staff was great. Drove the new model Y and was very impressed.

Travis is leading this team in the worse way. I saw an interaction recently that made me want to contact HR for the employee because he is leading Tesla towards a lawsuit.
