Roadside assistance was confirmed, documented, and signed. After more than an hour of delay, the service was canceled without justification. I relied on that confirmation and took a full day off work, resulting in real, measurable financial loss. This goes beyond inconvenience — it reflects a failure to deliver agreed services. What makes this unacceptable is that other locations have consistently handled identical situations within 45 minutes, including arranging a loaner or home replacement. Adam showed extraordinary service! Know how to assess the situation very quick, super kind, and Transparent, the moment they couldn't finish within an hour, a Tesla loaner was already waiting for us. We shopped around with other Tesla Service Center before. All prices are corporate fix, no one is trying to get you, and most importantly the place is so big they had all the parts in stock what other service centers did not. Pickup was very smooth, you pay on the app and just pick up your car. Thanks again for the wonderful service.

When confirmed services are canceled after agreement, trust is broken and customers are exposed to actual damages
