After visiting several car dealers in search of a Cadillac SRX, we walked in to Car Team USA and our immediate reaciton was, why didn't we come here first. We're exctremally happy with our new vehicle. It was in great condition, was finely detailed, and the buying experience was about as smooth as you could you ask for. If and when the time comes for our next auto purchase I am not going anywhere else but to this dealer and I recommend, if you see this review, you do the same.

CarTeamUSA had a specific older car I had been looking for. Not only did the car appear great both online and in person, the team was helpful in selling the car, and with providing the car after purchase. I’ve had the car for near 3 weeks and it’s been nothing but good with a few longer trips and some daily driving. The team was helpful, kind, and answered all questions I had in the process.

Kevin was absolutely AWESOME!! The process was so smooth. Kevin was very helpful in acknowledging exactly what we needed for our family. Thank you so much Kevin!! We will definitely be back, as well as send others.

A review was given and the owner Kevin didnt like it. He sent me this message on my private messenger on Facebook. Bought a Toyota Highlander on 12/31/21 and had an issue with the engine in March. Kevin and Diluk worked with me and advocated for me with the warranty company. Love my car and really appreciate the level of white glove service. Would absolutely buy a car from here again!
