My experience with The Final Touch Detailing Services service center left much to be desired. While Mathew himself was pleasant to interact with on a personal level, the service provided by his business fell short of expectations. Upon dropping off my brother's Ram 2500 for detailing, I also scheduled my 2019 Grand Cherokee to receive the same treatment. I communicated clearly with Mathew, expressing my desire for my vehicle to look as pristine as the day I purchased it. Given that our car was already well-maintained, less than 40K miles and with regular washing, I anticipated a straightforward refresh. Despite this, the execution of the detailing service was disappointing. I neglected to thoroughly review the provided quote, assuming that the price indicated encompassed a comprehensive

The guys at Final Touch Detail were super mindful and very professional when cleaning my vehicle, Matthew was very nice and responsive when it came to setting up my appointment. Matt , the owner was pleasant to deal with . The end product was substandard . The exterior wash and “decontamination” package was $145. That is for the exterior only . To do the windows inside and the front mats was another $45. Upon closer looking the finish had acid rain spots on the hood . I returned and Matt said “ that’s buffing and that’s extra”. So if you use this company be careful what you request and don’t assume that you are getting a full car detailing that cost several hundred dollars more with The Final Touch for complete exterior and interior detailing . He did offer to buff the acid rain off the hood for $65.00 additional . I am sure they are capable of doing fine work just make sure you don’t assume that you are getting what you think — you must ask and then there will
