The Masters

I went to masters automotive repair looking for a full diagnosis on my vehicle and Jason gave me one in full detail as well as a fair/reasonable quote. They were very accommodating with scheduling and getting my vehicle into their shop. My car was repaired and returned back to me all within the same day of my appointment! They are very efficient there, and Jason does an excellent job. He was awesome with keeping me informed along the way as he worked on the car and even took some before and after photos of the work! I highly recommend masters automotive repair and Jason. I’m very happy with the work that was done and impressed with the service I received.

My family has taken their vehicles here for various repairs and have always had exceptional service and price but my teenage son had been dealing with an apparent fuel issue in his car for months we had it at a few different shops and it always ended up having the same problem or different problems. We took into Masters last week and they did an amazing job they took the time to really get into the diagnostics and actually found the problem, they did a great job and kept us informed along the way and at an amazing price!! I absolutely recommend this business!!! I had dealt with Steve and Jason personally both are very polite and great at what they are doing!!!!

I was in a bit of a pinch when I took my car to Masters. It was Thursday night when I dropped it off and needed it done by the end of the day Friday so I could make it to a job interview. Nate was beyond helpful. Not only did he fix my car in time but he was so nice! His customer service is awesome! He even stayed a little late on a Friday to make sure the job was done. Because of him I was able to make it to the job interview. I would take my car there time and time again if needed and if my new job wasn’t so far away. I highly recommend this place!

Nate worked my truck into the schedule and got me back on the road right away. My truck needed all kinds of steering parts replaced rendering it inoperable. I called Masters and Nate got work straight away! Which was great because I needed the truck to move stuff that weekend and Nate made sure I wasn’t without my truck but for the few days it took for the parts to arrive. I recommend Masters Auto to anyone! Fare prices and honest service. It’s really a shop I feel I can trust.

Don't fall for it! Whatever you do, don't have this place work on your car. My experience was miserable and very costly. Nothing was fixed right the first time around. They advertise that they have a certified mechanic, but they had only hack job mechanics that hated their manager. And it was for good reason! He will tell you whatever er you want to hear to get you started and then when you call him on his lies, you can forget warranties. I really should sue for the thousands that this place milked out of me for NOTHING! Literally most everything that supposedly did had to be redone by other shops in town. Take your vehicle ANYWHERE else!
