Tidal Wave Car Wash

went on a sunny dry day and paid $23 for an express wash that includes washing the under carriage of my vehicle. I live 2 minutes from the car wash when i got home i noticed a bunch of debris and dirt that didn’t get washed off. the Tidal Wave car wash in hudson absolutely sucks and your better off driving an extra 10 minutes to a car wash in marlborough.

The measure of a good buisness is how they handle problems. My truck got scratched in the wash. Not even a return phone call.

UPDATE 02/21/2025 Never got my change...$1.00 The $19 car 'wash' was basically a quick rinse that lasted less than three minutes. It did an okay job of removing salt, I guess, but for the price, I expected more. The service just didn’t feel worth the cost, so I won’t be using Tidal Wave Wash again. Chat, what do you think?... A $6 increase on a $13 car wash (about a 46% increase over four years) is pretty steep, but not entirely surprising given inflation, labor costs, and possible upgrades to the service. I like that it is automated and you can use it later at night. I think that a touch less was can be good to minimize scratches, but it only removes 90-95% of the insects and dirt. Seeing that, I regretted adding sealant because now I feel that that dirt and grime is bound to my car.

I was excited to try this place, after reading so many good reviews... I bought the Ultra Wash, which specifically describes a spot-free rinse. Yet, when I got home, I noticed my car was absolutely COVERED in spots, and actually looked worse than before washing it. I couldn’t even buff them out with a car towel. I went back to talk to someone about getting the wash redone, so I could wipe it down afterwards. No one was available and customer service was a voicemail box.
